Happy Mama Hub – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Happy Mama Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking and payment, you agree to these terms.
1. About Our Services
Happy Mama Hub provides baby, toddler and family classes, courses, workshops and related services at selected venues.
Classes may vary in content, instructor, layout and group size while maintaining the overall nature and quality of the service booked.
2. Booking & Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
- A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
- Course dates, times and venue details will be confirmed at booking or by email.
- Places are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Reserved Places
When you book a course or class, a space is reserved specifically for you and may prevent that place being offered to another family. For this reason, cancellation rights may be limited once a booking is made or once the course start date approaches.
4. Customer Cancellations & Transfers
Courses (multi-week bookings)
- If you cancel 7 or more days before the course start date, we may offer a transfer to a future course or account credit.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before the course start date, refunds are not normally available.
- Once a course has started, missed sessions and unused places are non-refundable.
Single / Pay-As-You-Go Sessions
- If you cancel 24 hours or more before the class start time, we may offer transfer or credit.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Discretion
Any transfer, refund, or credit outside these terms is entirely at our discretion.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
5. Missed Sessions
If you do not attend a booked class or course session, no refund is due. Replacement sessions may be offered subject to availability and at our discretion.
6. Illness & Medical Circumstances
If you or your child are unwell, please do not attend.
Where prolonged medical circumstances prevent attendance, please contact us. We may consider transfer or credit requests on a case-by-case basis.
7. Changes by Happy Mama Hub
We may occasionally need to change instructors, venues, dates, times or class format where reasonably necessary.
Where we cancel a session, we will offer one of the following where appropriate:
- replacement session
- alternative date
- account credit
- partial refund for the cancelled session
8. Circumstances Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, venue closure, public health restrictions, transport disruption, utility failure, or emergencies.
Where possible, we will provide an alternative date, credit, or reasonable solution.
9. Safety & Supervision
- Parents/guardians remain responsible for children at all times.
- Children must be supervised throughout the session and on venue premises.
- We may ask anyone to leave where behaviour creates a safety risk.
10. Photography
Please do not photograph or record other children without the express permission of their parent or guardian.
11. Personal Property
Items brought to classes are at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage unless caused by our negligence.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to that, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.
13. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to resolve the matter promptly.

14. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your legal rights under applicable UK consumer law.
